Never expected it to get so nasty today, especially after the change of tide.....
Didn't matter and it actually helped with the bite. Had a very good first drift to start things off with Bigger fish. Bounced around a bunch of life that was working and found a dozen fish to take home.
85 year old Stoney who has seen many a good day in his life landed 3 beauties, lost 3 and ended up with a keeper for dinner. How he stayed at the rail I'll never know but he is one tough S.O.B!! Nice body of fish once again and some local fish starting to show the past couple of days.
Sailing Everyday 7:00am. First boat out, First boat on the Meat. No Reservations, Open Boat just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $20.

FISHERMEN/MONDAYS BASS FISHING

Headed out with a nice gang of Fishermen regulars once again.
Found a load of bunkers working in on the beach so we had to check it out. Made a couple drifts and didn't catch any so we headed for some excellent bird life a couple miles away.
Found the Big Bass again but today they were very finicky, caught a couple each drift as the day went on and we never had that 6-8 on at a time. Today you had to work it hard to get the reward.
Had fish on top just about every place we went yet, they never seemed to settle up. Weather looks good all week! Back at it in the AM.
Sailing Everyday 7:00am. First boat out, First boat on the meat! No Reservations, just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $20.

FISHERMEN/SUNDAYS STRIPER FISHING

Once again it was a gorgeous day on the Striper grounds...
Sailed with a nice gang of customers and they were all looking for a battle! Arrived to the area and had bird life in several directions with fish busting. Got set up and slugged away on Big Beautiful Stripers all day. Ended up with a couple keepers in the mix but most were huge once again.
Weather looks great all week! Sailing everyday 7:00am. First boat out, First boat on the Meat. No Reservations, Open Boat, just come on down.
Fare is $90, Spinning Rod Rental $20.

FISHERMEN/EXCELLENT BASS BITE TODAY/SATURDAY

Had the crew from Fletcher Creamer out with us today and the fishing did not disapoint!!
Action from the first drift to an awesome 35 minute drift at the end of the day. Couple more keepers in the mix today. High hooks had 5 to 8 fish all on the Rod Rentals!
Several area's of fish to work so there was no crowding anywhere. Back at it in the AM.

FISHERMEN/Just Awesome Striper fishing again!

Today was another awesome fishing day for the Striped Bass. All big fish and they were hungry. Just about everything we tossed at them had them biting all through-out the day.
Bill V. was high hook with 10 monsters, Several guys with their personal best once again. Great day with an awesome bunch of customers, they tried to wear me out and actually did a pretty good job! Back at it on Sunday.
