Fish were a little skidish this morning, saw & read plenty but only could pick at them. Ocean got nasty as the tide ran hard.
Looked over the bay, caught a couple on readings then decided to go back out to the snot!
Glad we did, the bite was on as soon as we got there. Had two 40 mintue drifts with non-stop action. Awesome day with some sore arms! Back at it in the AM.

Left the dock with a nice gang of Fishermen regulars, wind was blowing, ocean was a little snotty but not un-fishable!!
Made it to the bird life and had fish on immediately, current was running hard & the dirft was fast, had to use the heavier jigs.
Went looking down the beach when the current got too fast and stopped at the bridge, didn't find any life so we headed back up to the North. Worked the readings and picked away until the change of tide when the life came back up. Finished up the day in good shape. Bill V. was high hook with 10 fish and the pool fish today.
NOT AVAILABLE THIS SATURDAY. (other than that)....

Had a good morning slugging away with fish around the boat..Bite died and we had a lull for quite a while.
Read Plenty of life every where I looked but just had to wait it out. Around 1:30 all hell broke loose, fish busting on top it was game on again! Several hook ups at a time with a bunch of bigger fish in the mix. Plain Jigs & Jigs with tails worked the best.
Keep telling the guys don't quit, it's going to happen and it did!
Tomorrow is my kind of weather, Blustery!!!! Fishing in the SNOT don't miss the bite.

Watching all the boats head out this morning, I went in a different direction and was glad I did!
Found the birds working in a couple areas saw the fish on top. We banged away with the run & gun but it wasn't easy for everyone.
Several guys did well by the end of the day and some not so good. Ended up with a nice catch but the traffic was the worst I've seen in a long time. Glad we avoided it most of the day. Back at it in the AM.
Sailing 7:00am. First boat out, First boat on the meat. No Reservations, Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $20. All tackle for sale aboard.

Had amazing life first thing this morning, pretty good area of fish with everyone hooking up!
Loads of traffic so when the bite slowed we took a ride and found a nice line of fish to work. That lasted about an hour all by ourselves before the lurkers showed up.
Got out of there and hit some mussel bottom and worked the readings, had fish on every drift to finish out the day. Everyone went home with dinner. Henry was high hook with 25 plus fish today.
I was expecting the snot when I last listened to the weather report but it turned out to be a beautiful day.
Sailing 7:00am. No Reservations. First boat out, First boat on the Meat. Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $20. All Tackle for sale aboard.
