Weather is clearing up nicely for tomorrow (Sunday), we are sailing!!
Fishing for Striped Bass, 7:00am-2:30pm, Fare is $90, Rod Rental $20. No Reservations just come on down.
Fishing was not good on Thursday for us as we covered a whole bunch of miles reading plenty of bait and lots of bass. I'm thinking the front going through is going to get the bite going...it's time!! Once again make sure you have at least one of each in your box: 6 inch Shad, Flutter Spoon, Jig with tail, plain jig, NLBN luhers ( hot ticket) so far, a Bunker snag for live bunker fishing should we run into them. Joey has Shads & Jigs and live line set ups if needed. Phil at the Tackle box has the NLBN in stock.

Finally had a nice gang of Customers today after reading the past couple reports......
Figured we would have an extra hour of life this morning with the way the last two days went.
Naturally for some reason the Crap hit the fan, not much bird life, plenty of bait, plenty of fish just laying on the bottom in most area's we covered. Beyond frustrating to say the least. Covered a lot of miles even after the change of tide to end up with 1 keeper Bass.
Weather is going to be lousy tomorrow, we are NOT shaping up. Will see what Saturday brings.

Same scenario as yesterday....
Plenty of life, fish on top in several areas. Not easy to catch, some stops we had fish busting around the boat and couldn't get them to bite. Other stops we'd catch a couple.
Keepers and toss backs, even a bonus fish today. Lots of moving around to find the ones that would bite, you need lots of patience and don't quit!! The hot lure so fare is the NLBN 3-6 ounce lure....Phil at the Tackle box has them in stock, make sure to pick up a couple...they work!!
Dan was high hook today with 7 fish on one. Back at it tomorrow.....

FISHERMEN/Tuesdays Striper Fishing....

Had a handful of customers this morning for our first Striper trip...
Headed out and found a nice area of Birds working and fish rolling, landed a few right off the bat. Couple throw backs, couple keepers. Bite didn't last long as we lost the tide.
Fished several area's all holding fish but only managed a few here and there. No lack of bait or fish, just conditions today. Will be back at it in the AM.

Starting TUESDAY (tomorrow) we will be Striped Bass fishing everyday..........NEW SAILING TIME 7:00AM!!
First boat out from our Harbor. Fare is $90, Spinning Rod Rental $20. We have Shads & Jigs aboard for sale.
This cold front should get the jig bite going, last year we started on the 16th of October and it was game on everyday there after. Hope to have some awesome video's & pics the next couple of days......See you in the AM.
