Ran back to the Ocean today, after the last two days it was a no brainier...So I thought!!
Searched for the bait, read a few fish but after 3 good looks we got the hell out of there.
Took a ride as it was still early enough to get it done. Glad we did, the bite turned on, the guys got in the groove and everyone went home happy! Shads worked the best today.
Some amazing life once again....All I can say is this has been the best, most consistent fall fishing I have ever seen. Sharing it with all my Customers and all the beginners....Priceless!!
The morning may start out a little shaky tomorrow, dress warm. Front is supposed to go through early, The wind will switch to the West so we will be there in the AM. Don't miss the bite. November's fishing in the Snot......
7:30 Sailing. Open boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90.

Only a handful of guys showed today but we took them fishing! With this awesome bite I didn't want to disappoint and they certainly were NOT disappointed!
White water fishing from start to finish on Striped bass in the 30-38 inch range....I wouldn't call it a fishing in the snot report because we were close to the beach all day!
Derek was back today after yesterdays performance and had the bow all to himself landing 15 beautiful bass up to 44 inches. Great job my friend.
Glad to see the Surf guys finally kicking ass, they have waited a long time for a bite like this, wish I could have gotten closer with my video to show the action they had!
Tomorrow looks great, don't miss out on this awesome bite that has been going on for weeks now!!
I'll post tomorrow about Wednesdays trip, I don't trust the Weatherman so it will be a last minute decision.....Life is short, take a day off, you won't regret it!
7:30am Sailing. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90....We are on the Meat!
Capt.Ron
On the meat early before the traffic today....had a couple good shots with awesome action before the run & gun started.
Fished a new area out of the brunt of the wind, nice change of location that produced well.
All very nice fish in the 30-34 inch range with just a few smaller Bass in the mix. I also notched 2 more Striper Virgins on the Wheelhouse today....Congrads to the Lady & Gentleman on your first Bass.
Temps dropped all day, it now feels like November! Dress warm....Back at it in the AM.7:30 Sailing
Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90. Don't miss the bite.

Today we had Alan Bulvinowski's crew from the IBEW Local 456 out with us for their annual Striped Bass trip...
Left the dock right at the change in the Weather & Wind, front came through and was blowing pretty hard. Against the incoming it wasn't pretty so we took a ride trying to find some life in a calmer area...Didn't read Bait or fish the whole area where we had been fishing. 2 hours of nothing waiting for the change of tide.
Took another ride to a new area, found some life, stopped the boat and we went from Zero to Hero with everyone hooked up!! Bite lasted the rest of the trip with everyone ending up with sore arms & dinner! Turned out to be an awesome weather & fishing day once again.
Back at it in the AM. 7:30 Sailing, Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90.
Don't miss out on the incredible Striper bite. Jigs are now working also, Crippled Herring, Plain jigs.
See you in the AM,
Capt.Ron
Started out the morning with a bang once again as the Bass were Hungry!
We had two hours of the tide left and slugged away on each drop...Bite slowed for a bit on the change maybe an hour but once the current came through the traffic dispersed the bite got red hot once again. Fish all on top catching them on shads and now more on jigs, crippled herring anything metal.
Still some beauties in the mix along with the bonus fish. High hooks in the 20's once again. Check out the live action video of the am fishing on Facebook, Captain Ron's Fishermen, the life is unreal.
WE ARE CHARTERED TOMORROW (SATURDAY), Back to Open boat on Sunday, 7:30 Sailing. No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90.
Thanks for checking in,
Capt. Ron
