Slugged it out all day with action right from the start.
Had to get the lead out as the current was a little quick, especially after the wind came on late in the afternoon. Make sure to bring a heavier rod that can handle at least 10oz of weight or the noodle rods will just get stuck.
Several customers ended the day with their 3 including Catskill John, Mustachio Rollo, Phil with 3 and a nice 4 pound Fluke, Charles landed 4 and took the pool with a 4.9 pound fish. Many with 2 nice fish, some Sea Bass & a couple big Porgies. Nice pics again tonight!
Back at it in the AM, 7:30-3:00pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $10.

Had a Charter today for Scott Rever & Genova Burns crew.
Just 13 guys & gals showed but we still did what we had to do to get it done. Very nice fishing once again with several of the guys landing their 3 including Joe who got to drop a line throughout the day! Not many bigger fish like the past few trips and the Short action was non-stop.
Back at it in the AM. 7:30-3:00pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $10.

Once again, perfect conditions all day today with a non-stop bite! Finally a reward after grinding it out for over a Month!
Many had their three and then some by days end....Todays pics tell the story!

Had the whole gang out today looking for the end of the Month Big one.....
The change in the Weather, a good all day drift, clean water and a whole bunch of guys who could fish, perfect together. Many fish from 3 to 7 pounds with a whole bunch of customers landing their 3 and then some. Pics are awesome tonight.
Daily pool changed hands several times throughout the trip with Kelly landing the big girl at 7 pounds 7 ounces! Kelly was fishing right next to Richie Gingo who actually is our Monthly pool winner with his 8 pound 1 ounce beauty . Don't think he wasn't sweating it out all day as the big fish just kept coming. New Monthly pool starts tomorrow.
Alex, Lenny, Herb, Steve "Chaos", Nicky, Mark, Erick, Big Tom, JTP & all the hard working men who made me look good today!! Sorry I didn't give the props in my original post....Love you guys!

FISHERMEN/Weekend Report & Update...

We had two awesome Charter's with us this weekend.
Saturday, Brian Benevento had his memorial fishing trip once again in honor of his son who passed 8 years ago. Once again it was a nice day on the ocean slugging away on Fluke & Sea Bass for all those aboard. The pictures posted never get old, the pain never goes away for Brian but his passion to keep his Son's memory alive is beyond commendable.....Much respect my friend. Thank you to all for being here.
Sunday, we had a new crew from Johnstone, Dan & Linda put together a great bunch of guys & gals to say thank you for the support.
Morning started out a little tough with a whole lot of current, took a while to get everyone acclimated but we did what we had to do and got it done for them. Great day on the water with lots of action....Made a new customer.
Back at it in the AM 7:30 sailing. Last day for the Monthly pool which stands at 8.1 pounds, are you feeling lucky?
