Awesome day on the Ocean today...
The wind laid down a lot from yesterday, which actually didn't help with the drift. Lots of action once again with the shorts, several guys with their three, a bunch with two by days end.
Had my Cousin & his sons out with us for their annual trip, the guys landed 35 fish with 3 nice keepers, all on bait.
John took the daily pool with a nice 4 pound fish.....Sharks were ferocious in the AM until the Skates took over in the afternoon!
Weather looks great for tomorrow! Sailing daily, Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90.
You can rent a rod aboard for $5. We also sell the proper rigs aboard if you need them for bait fishing.

Wind was honking today but we did what we had to do to get it done!
Nice all day bite with plenty of action on the shorts along with a nice catch of keepers for the first trip.
Several guys had their three by days end. Fast Drift, lots of lead but the customers hung in there.
Good start to the Season! Back at it in the AM.
Open Boat everyday, No Reservations just come on down. 7:30am till 2:30pm Fare is $90.

Capt. Ron
It was bad enough to get rained on in the AM but the conditions were the worst!!
S-SW came up pretty good naturally as the tide changed, with the moon tides the current running into the wind made it a Royal pain in the @@S!
Picked away on some drops, a couple drops had nothing but tiny fish. Last drop of the day produced some bigger fish & a few ling.
Walter took the pool with a 22 inch Cod fish.
Last Sea Bass trip tomorrow, Fluke fishing Daily from Saturday on, 7:30am till 2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90. We can still keep Sea Bass over the weekend if you catch them.
Capt. Ron
Took the ride to our daily haunt for the past several weeks....
Read the fish and thought we were in. First drop was not good, made a shift to a little deeper water, read them again and caught just a couple fish. Ran back to a little shallower water, read the Hell out of the fish and thought we were in for sure.......They didn't bite and trust me I'm not making this stuff up!
I Talked to Capt. Rich on the Golden Eagle and he said the same thing! Seeing them and catching them are two different stories!
Left the area for shallow water, Slugged away with better action on two drops, keepers and short action......Several Tog and a half a dozen Fluke in the mix.
Back at it tomorrow.......Friday is the last Sea Bass trip. Fluke fishing from Saturday on, every day, 7:30am till 2:30pm, Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90.
Went for fuel today, $5.99 a Gallon, $410 a day to fish were we have been going, I will still do what I have to do and go where we have to go no matter what......Screw you JOE, I'm not going away!!!
