If today was the last day of Fluke fishing for 2026 with the weather that's coming, I can say we certainly went out with a bang!!
The area we have been fishing was dried up & scraped to death the past few days. Took a short ride to some deeper water and it was game on right from the start to finish. Shorts, Keepers and beautiful Sea Bass for some all day long action.
John Froelic was high hook with 8 fish, bunch of customers with 4 or more including: Bill V. who also took the pool with a nice 5lb 9oz fish, Super Dave, Big Tom, Dave B, Cody and All day Long Ray!!
Now the bad news. With the hard NE winds for the next several days, not even the big boy pants can help us deal with that. Chance are like in past years the fish will move off. Will cross that bridge in a few days and post an update when we can see a clear schedule.
